  • Cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preferences are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
  • If there are any defects with the product, please contact us at the provided contact information within 7 days of arrival. Note that products without tags or those worn outdoors will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Delivery Timeframe
  • Orders will typically be processed for shipment within 1 to 5 business days after confirmation.

  • After the shipment is completed, we will provide a tracking number. If your package does not arrive, please use this number to track it.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Defective Items
Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with the following return policy.
Returns and Exchanges Due to Store Responsibility
  • For incorrect items, damaged goods, damage during delivery, or other issues deemed the store's responsibility, we will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
  • Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item (including the day of receipt) and return the item within 5 days (including the day of receipt).
  • Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after the deadline.
  • If stock of the same product is available, we will provide an exchange. If not, we will issue a refund.

For prolonged absence after shipment or intentional refusal of receipt, we will charge round-trip shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees. Bank transfer fees incurred in such cases will also be borne by the customer.
