- Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Defective Items
- Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with the following return policy.
- Returns and Exchanges Due to Store Responsibility

- For incorrect items, damaged goods, damage during delivery, or other issues deemed the store's responsibility, we will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
- Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item (including the day of receipt) and return the item within 5 days (including the day of receipt).
- Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after the deadline.
- If stock of the same product is available, we will provide an exchange. If not, we will issue a refund.
For prolonged absence after shipment or intentional refusal of receipt, we will charge round-trip shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees. Bank transfer fees incurred in such cases will also be borne by the customer.
