For international orders, a flat shipping fee of 3,500 yen applies regardless of the order amount.

Please complete payment via credit card at the time of order.
For cash on delivery, please pay the amount to the delivery staff upon receipt.
9. Delivery Time
Orders paid by cash on delivery or credit card will be shipped within 1 to 5 days after the order is completed.
※Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are in stock.
※We generally aim for the fastest possible shipping; however, delays may occur during long holidays. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
10. Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges in case of initial defects. Please check the condition of the product upon arrival.
If replacement stock is available, we will generally offer exchanges instead of returns.

The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
・Items returned more than 7 days after arrival
・Items that have been used even once
・Items that have acquired odors, scratches, or stains while in the customer's possession
・Returns due to personal reasons, such as different image or wrong size

11. Return Shipping Costs
In case of initial defects or shipping errors, we will handle the return with collect shipping.
For prolonged absence after product shipment or intentional refusal of receipt, we will charge round-trip shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees.
12. Inventory
We pay close attention to inventory management, but there may be cases where we are unable to fulfill orders due to out-of-stock items, delays, or defects.
In such cases, we will notify you via email and may cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.
