Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges in cases of initial defects. Please check
the condition of the product upon arrival.
If replacement stock is
available, we will generally offer exchanges instead of returns.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
・Items
returned more than 7 days after arrival
・Items that have been used
・Items
that have acquired odors, scratches, or stains while in the customer's
possession
・Returns due to personal reasons, such as a different image
or wrong size
※Please note that slight discrepancies in product specifications may occur due
to material or product characteristics.
※Excessive returns may result in
refusal of future transactions.
※Due to the nature of viewing on PCs or
mobile devices, product images may slightly differ from actual colors.
Cooling-Off Period
Our internet shopping service is considered a distance selling arrangement
initiated by the customer, and therefore the cooling-off period does not
apply.
However, if the order is shipped to the European Union (EU), European
Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom (UK), you have the right to cancel
or return your order within 14 days. Items must be in the same condition as
received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original
packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval
or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed
automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may
take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post
the refund.
